McDonald's poor customer service McDonald’s restaurant, Westfield, Wisconsin My small order of 1 Quarter Pounder, 1 salad and 1 happy meal took 10 minutes to complete. Others who were in line after me received their orders before I did. I told the manager about this and that we would go to Burger King next time. She did not reply. When walking toward the restrooms, an employee mopping the floor was blocking the entrance to the restrooms’ hallway. I said, “Excuse me,” and I squeezed by her, but she did not move or say anything at all. How rude. Also, there were numerous flies around us when we ate inside. The young man who took my order displayed an unfriendly attitude. This was the worst customer service I’ve seen in a restaurant in a long time.
