Heilig Meyers/ Unable to pay debt owed!

I live in North Carolina. I have been trying to pay off my debt to Heilig Meyers since 2000. I was contaced by a Collection Agency for two months but they would not accept my monthly payment the debt was to be settled in full. I can not find any information on how to reach anyone in regards to this. I want this balance off my credit ASAP. If anyone has any information that can help me I would greatly appreciate it!
