Fwd: Missed Baggage (EK107626654)

Hello Sir,

I lost my bag on the way back from Algiers to Dubai. I still belive that it was due to the ignorance of emirates ground staff at London Gatwick airport.

When I inform the EK staff at Dubai airport about my bag, instead of helping me they started to blame me ....They are not friendly...

I have registered my complaint at Dubai airport and told them to send my bag to Trivandrum Airport which is my final destination...they agreed, and gave me the contact numbers of Trivandrum office. I contacted Emirates Dubai office daily and at last on 29th they told that they found my bag and it is coming to Trivandrum on the same day so I can contact Trivandrum office and collect the bag.....So I contacted Emirates trivandrum on +91 471 2507861, but the response was very bad. They told me that I have to check with Dubai airport for my baggage. and she was not showing patience to listen my explanations.

This is my second incident with Emirates, I had the same in year 2002 while I was flying to Norway. It also happened as Emirates failed to load my bag from Mumbai Airport......

Dear sir,

I am an Engineer working with Schlumberger in Algerian Deserts at the moment. I have missed my luggage while coming back home.

I have registered my bag from ALG airport to DXB under baggage ID number :BA 511923 . At London Gatwick airport, before EK 010 took off, the Emirates ground staff came to me and asked my baggage ID tag to make sure the baggage belongs to me.I show him the baggage ID tag and requested him to load it in to the same flight (EK010). He promised me the same .....But I could not find the bag when I reached at Dubai airport....

I have lodged a complaint at Emirates desk Dubai, details below.

I am 100% sure that my bag reached till LGW as the Emirates ground staff approached me in EK 010 before the take off and asked for my baggage ID tag....looks like my bag was not loaded to the flight. I ended up in Dubai with out any cloths and primary needs . I had to buy all new during my stay in Dubai as the emirates staff refused to help me in this matter.

On the 27th I travelled back home as I can't do much in Dubai, that flight details is below
