COMPLAINTS for HELLO TUNES Dear Sir/Mam, I am Ashok Kumar Sharma using Airtel prepaid service mobile no. 9810255548. I received a Free call from Airtel on 24th July 2006 Monday evening. No. 9871551010. The call starts "Airtel offers.... " after this two words there is no Voice from other side, and suddenly I heard "Thank U" during the call I didn't touch any buttons on my phone. I just stay cool to here the audio to know the new offers. Later I forgot the mater and suddenly 29th July 2006 morning I got an SMS "Your subscription for Hello Tunes has been updated. Dial 678 to select the latest songs as your Hello Tunes" sender:6781 Date&Time 29-July-2005 10:03 am The next SMS was "Thank you for downloading Ya ali as your Hello Tune." Sender :6782 Date &Time 10:11 am In the same time my Talk time balance was reduced by 15 INR. Why the Hello Tunes was selected for me without my option? Why I loss 15 INR? The Service provider did the mistake only. When I called the customer care, he told to call 678 and cancel it. I was called 678 but there was not any option for cancel it. And my balance was reduced 30 INR. This is also a burden to us. For my profession I have to keep a regular Hello Tune (tring..tring) only. Your mistake cause harmful to my profession and I lost my talk time. Therefore I request you to kindly see the mater immediately and cancel my Hello Tunes Immediately And this will ensure us to stay with AIRTEL. Thanking you.
