Billing problem I spoke with a phone representative (Babes) this evening (at 8:37pm ) regarding my statement, and what she was saying made no sense to me. My payment has gone up $10.00 and she is saying it is because I am now paying for Starz. I never asked for Starz in the first place , but was told it was 2 premium channels for $20.00. I asked at the time how long this would last and I was told it would continue as long as I was with Dish. I do not wish to continue with Starz if this is not the case. We never watch it. Please remove it from my programming and let me know what I should write my check for. Thank you for your time.
