On a recent visit to this Dunkin Donut location I witnessed the person waiting on me behind the counter drop a bagel on the floor, leave it there for at least 10 minutes, and return it to the bin with the fresh bages when she thought noone was looking. When I confronted her she said she threw the bagel out. There were 3 of us who watched her put it back with the fresh bagels. When I told her I would never step foot in her establishment again she replied" I don't care" .I did report her to the Lower Merion Health Dept.
