Number one, WHAT business?? The last thing I am going todo is give anymore info about myself and have another charge put on me.

I have seen 9.9x put on my credit card for a long time, I do not know what it is for or who CIC is, and if it was good I don't have a clue where to go to use it. I did track down a phone # several months ago and asked to be removed from what ever service it was I was being charged for and it has never happened.

I assume this is some scam attached to 'frreeee' credit reports that I received form TaxAct in doing my taxes on line.

How do I stop this (without hours of work, nice touch thier scam has) or at least find out the service I am paying for.
