Motorola i850

When I bought this $300 phone, I was told that it took very "clear and sharp" pictures and was a very good phone for the price. Soon after buying it and paying for the web service to email photos, I noticed that even at highest resolution the pictures were grainy and not even "clear and sharp" when viewed on the phone itself, even worse when enlarged in a photo editor or web browser. Now I understand the phone has less than a 1 megapixel camera. Also, the phone shuts off frequently, and even after exchanging it twice, I am still having the same problems, so it wasn't just one bad phone. Sometimes when I try to access my contacts or dial a nmber, the phone freezes and then powers off. Very unreliable. Of course Nextel has no intention of resolving this issue, apart from telling me that I can buy another style of phone at full margin. The phone is a lemon and should only be used if you can get it free. And if you are on Nextel, regardless of insurance or service fees, you will be stuck with this piece of junk untill you fulfill your agreement. Disgusting.
