Compaq laptop 2190us

The ac line has a short...no power. Can not find a battery dock on the planet.

Bought extended warranty 2 days ago. Called HP service. Alout from Iran told me (sound like mouth full of marbles) I must pay $850....I said are you NUTS!#!? I could buy a laptop for that, then I went into a tirade.

These people treat you as if you are stupid so you must threaten them. "By law I have to tell you , you are being recorded for my lawyer and Mark Herd, The CEO of HP"...Awaiting, they promised to call Monday but it looks like after 2 days of being on hold, the warranty I spent $100 for 2 days ago will not be refunded and they will not work on my computer.
