Comcast Service Phone, Cable, Internet This started when I moved to my new home in Dekalb County GA in early June 2006 I called and requested a transfer of service, and here are the problems: missed appointments to install cable & internet total 3 days of missed work 3 Customer Service & the Technicians were too busy fighting each other on how the request was filled out to take care of my transfer request. Bottom line the technicians appear to be the root. Better yet the management who don't care. Digital Phone One set or customer service reps say I have Digital Voice (I have Digital Phone) One set knows I have Digital Phone I have not been able to receive inbound calls for a week as of July 30. This is after the lie - that a technician will call back in 48 hours Again there is no accountability - the number that can't help you is the only number you can call I have always paid my bill too. This is how Comcast repays customer loyalty I don't expect that unless I make a huge stink, that anything will happen. How can a company that claims to care have such horrible disconnect between what customer service promises and what technicians will actually do? They don't do much, they make each other look horrible.
