ARS Tow Inc.

This company did not tow my car until over 24 hours

after payment. I would also like to add that during

this 24 hour period I called A.R.S. Tow repeatedly

asking why this tow was taking so long and why was my

car was still parked at the A.R.S. tow lot after an

exchange of over $400.00? Each time the driver gave

me an excuse of "The Company has got me doing other

tow jobs." I was never contacted by any A.R.S.

employee regarding the towing of my car. All

telephone calls I had to initiate and there were

several. ARS told to be at the company office at ten

o'clock A.M. for my car to be towed. I arrived at

9:56 A.M. No one showed up to the office until 12:00

noon. My car did not arrive at its destination until

one o'clock A.M. the following day. I suggest that if

you are a woman and or a minority that you steer clear

of this company. We definitely do not matter this

company’s eyes.

Thanks for the heads up on this company. As you know some tow companies are unethical and deserve to be out of business.
