This company seems to be all about taking orders and forget the service needed to back up those service claims. I run a business too. I can verify a credit card sale in less than one minute! They didn't begin the credit check for 24 hours and they claim it takes up to 24 hours to process a credit card verification. To top it off, they advised they would ship as soon as the verification was made but shipped more than 24 hours later!

 

1st email:

Now I am even more angry!

The order was placed before 2PM on 7-26-06

The credit check was not performed until 7-27-06

The package was picked up by UPS after 5PM on 7-28-06

Is that as soon as the credit card verification is made? Do you call this

service?
