Horrible experience with SKY SPORT & SPA Complaint against:
Sky Sport & Spa 8500 Wilshire Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90046 Owner: Jackie Warner Manager: Connie & Chris 13106527721
I was referred to Sky Sport & Spa after having spine surgery resulting from a violent crime. The people mentioned above were extremely rude and made it clear they cared ZERO about clients. I first called on a Monday. These people are so lazy they refuse to take any information over the phone and insist you fax them sensitive information via FAX against all HIPAA privacy and security laws. So I was forced to fax in my information. Connie "the manager", promised she would get back to me by Thursday. Friday came and I had not heard back so I contacted SKY SPORT & SPA. They told me they never received my fax. Nice of them to let me know eh? I knew they had lost my information so I suggested they take my information over the phone this time.
Connie continued to raise her voice at me and repeatedly interrupted me, it was very disturbing especially after being the victim of a violent crime. She put Chris on the phone to take my information but when I attempted to give it to him he had such an attitude it was impossible, so impossible, that I finally had to ask for the abrasive Connie again! I asked for a callback from the owner and was told the owner is apparently too uninvolved to bother with potential client referrals.
Apparently this place has some tv show coming up so maybe thats why they have such a poor attitude. My recommendation is if the owner is too stuck up to monitor her staff and allows them to be so terribly rude then any new clients they receive through tv fame will not last very long.
