This business has a clever way of ripping off customers. They charge three

times the retail price for a part, then when you find out and complain about

illegal price gouging, they say the extra cost was for labor instead.

They have friendly and professional sounding phone operators who promise to

apply the $69 initial visit cost to the labor. But don't be fooled, they

just tack it on. I'd buy a new fridge before using this company again.
