iSoldit on eBay stores

In May 2006 I dropped off three items at the iSoldit on eBay store in Tigard, Oregon, for them to list and sell on eBay. Two of the items sold. In June I received a check for one of them, which subsequently bounced. Now the store is boarded up – I suspect they’re going into bankruptcy – and I am out my goods and my money. The corporate headquarters claims they are “processing complaints,” but I feel I should be cut a check immediately (it wasn’t that large) to compensate me and not have to wait months while they do their bureaucratic thing.
