about Camera Express

I was looking for a site for Camera Express ,to make the exact complain and

Im amazed to read your story since it happened to us too, exactly the same

story!!we bought a laptop US$1,150.00 , and the next day after charging the

batteries , it when off, when we tried to upload the Disney pictures we

found lots of pictures from a family so we decided to return it, we went on

a saturday and since they are jewish they dont open that day , so I asked

the busssiness right next to them and ask , I also told them about the

problem we had and the salesman told me "oh !that happens a lot over there,

and they wont return your money !! so we left and came back on sunday, this

carlos guy , he wasnt surprise when he saw us, he did "Im so sorry thing"

and send a bold guy to look for another one, sayin , Im tired of asking this

people not to down load custumers pics to see how this works" right!!!! like

we are stupid!!! (or maybe we felt like one!!) so we took off with the other

one , the next day, same problem, but by that time we were in Miami since we

had a plane to catch, the thing is that we are from Dominican Republic and

I had to leave the computer in Miami since I can not return to such far

place, Im sorry for what happened to you , and if you get any answers from

them I would really appreciate if you contact me at Email User ,

again I should have read the complains about this people before going in!!

the guy that sold us the computer was Carlos Escobar from El Salvador , the

place was the camara express that is located at International Drive near

Sand lake Ave, we also spoke to the manager Mike Mitchell , who was not nice

at all and said that they dont return money because many people that buys

after their vacation return it after using the camaras , that sounds stupid

when they know what they are doing to people in such a nice city, and after

such a nice vacation it was really upsetting to ended this way, best
