Yahoo Personals/Here's Some Phone Numbers.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE. First there's the spam. I have 100 spam e-mails a day now. Then there's the auto renewal. I cancelled my account soon after opening it. Then I get an e-mail informing me that it is set to auto renew. Then I go through the process to cancel. I get to the cancellation page and there is no link. I send numerous e-mails to customer care to no avail. Then I track down a number under their copyright page. The recording gives me a number for personals. I call that and make the mistake of pushing the number for cancellation. This informs me that I have to cancel online. I then have to call back. I am transferred. I am then told that the account has already been closed. THEY WON'T SEND A CONFIRMATION #. They will only give me one verbally. They claim security reasons. The renewal date is approaching, so we'll see. The numbers I have are 408.349.1572, this is the one I was transferred to 866.458.8744. Good luck with these people. I WILL NEVER USE ANY OF YAHOO'S SERVICES AGAIN.
