Washer/ A&E Factory Service My washer broke while still under warranty, called Whrilpool to service my washer and they sent A & E, tech missed my appointment, had to reschedule for 2 weeks out, tech said parts needed to be orders, didn’t even look at the washer, by pushing the power button assumed what the problem was, had to wait 2 weeks again for parts to arrived, a different tech came out and said the wrong parts were ordered, said will order correct parts and will put a rush order on them, I reschedule my service call again a week out, parts never arrived, called A & E and was told the parts were never ordered, I am having to wait another 2 weeks for my washer to be fixed, yes is still broken. It has been 2 months, I’ve sent e-mails to Whrilpool explaining my situation but was told I have to call A & E, I’ve placed numerous calls to A & E only to be subjected to the unprofessional and rude representatives, I got a rep literately laughing at me, I got hung up on 3 times, the 1st time could not get a supervisor, when I finally did the supervisor could not help me. To this point I have not received a single call from any one at A & E trying to help. Since my washer was still under warranty when I first called, I have to wait until A & E feels like fixing my washer.
