Sears MasterCard – Inability to issue my credit balance check

I have been a customer of Sears MasterCard since 1976, I am no longer.

I requested a credit balance check in May ’06 due to my mistake of paying off the account twice. My credit balance check is for over $14,000. All attempts to collect this money has only netted a “check is in the mail” response.

I will never do business with Sears or MasterCard again. They are both crooks and I will never trust them with my money again.

I guess that my only recourse now is to go to court to try and get my money.
