I have been receiving phone calls at work

I have been receiving phone calls at work I have been trying to work with your company to repay my student loan debt. However, circumstances have been such that I have not been able to pay as I had originally planned. I received a phone call from Lynnette Frazier yesterday at your Minneapolis location and she was very rude to me. She passed me on to her Supervisor, Kelly, who was also very rude to me, in such a way that it made me hang up on her. No one deserves to be talked to in that manor, especially while at work. I tried to work out a payment plan and get an extension as to when I could start. Both of these women were very judgmental and spoke to me in a way that was very disheartening. I tried to explain to Kelly that Lynnette was very rude and she said "It was probably because I haven't made a payment in 3 years" I tried to explain that your company got my income tax money last year and that this is the first job I have had in 3 years, due to the fact that I had to quit my job because my husband had Cancer and I had to stay home to take care of him. I also told Kelly and Lynnette that my granddaughter, who lives with me, was born without a right foot and Kelly proceeded to say "What makes you think that you are special, these are normal everyday circumstances". I do not think I am special and having a spouse go through Cancer and having to quit your job to take care of him, is not an everyday event. Also, I'm sure you will agree that having a baby born without a foot is not an everyday either. I want to repay my loan, I just want to request an extension. Please have someone contact me via e-mail, so I can settle this matter. Also, please let someone know that the people who are making phone calls need to be more compassionate and understanding. I feel these two women should not be handling phone calls and should be reprimanded for their actions. I am sending $25.00 tomorrow as an incentive to start my repayment plan, and will send $25.00 every week from now on.
