Capital One/Credit Cards

I have emailed, sent letters, done everything possible to get my name removed from the mailing list for Capital One. I STILL get offerings in the mail weekly. How do I get these to stop? I do not want to receive anything else from Capital One and they will not stop sending me stuff in the mail.
