exterior door Nick's Building Supply I ordered a door and was told it would be no more than a couple of days before it would be shipped. I realized after purchasing the door that I needed to also purchase a door jam with a similar stain. I was told that this new request would take no more than a week. It has now been over a month later and I still have no door. Everytime I call customer service I get a different story on the where-abouts of my door. The customer service operators are often rude and act as though I am inconveniencing them with my questions. The work on my new house has now been delayed. To top it all off, this company had no trouble charging my credit card for the full amount of the door before it was shipped...it's funny how that part of the transaction never seems to be a problem for online companies.
