Hello,
I would like to complain about the order I made on Home Depot online. I ordered a Kohler shower door online. Login or registration was not required. I paid over $60 extra for delivery which I was told would arrive in 5-7 business days. I noticed that the money was withdrawn from my account by Home Depot. 7 business days no shower door in sight so I called online order phone number-- after being passed around from one person to the next and being on hold for over an hour, I was told that my order could not be tracked and that I needed another department. After being on hold another hour I gave up and hung up. 1 week later I called again. SAME STORY. Finally with 2 hours set aside to deal with the situation I called again - for the third time -- 2 hours later - still the order could not be tracked. I emailed a complaint to online and to customer care -- I got no reply. I called Customer Care today -- my 4th call to Home Depot and 3+ weeks after placing my order. The guy just told me he would put me through to Online where HE witnessed that they had no idea where my order was. Today I also emailed my 2nd complaint which I am certain will go unanswered.
I just want my money back and for this nightmare to be over. I will NEVER shop at home depot again. They have the worst online ordering and support system. DO Not order from them - you will be disappointed and frustrated.
