Driving Licence Swap Scam

The driving licence scam has reappeared on Google Web Sites under the name of.

www.licencedtodrive.net

www.euphotocard.com

As far as I know the Police are still looking for them, it was doing the rounds as www.dlswap.com

I do not know who else to complain to.
