Complaint of Susantack on Ebay

I purchased a sum of sportcards offfff of Susantack on 5/23/06 of the sum of $96.74 with a money order # 55062514683 and have never receive them. I have sent various e-mails with no replys. Ebay has notified that this person is no longer a registered person on Ebay. They never sent my cards or refunded my monies,..... This is FRAUD! What can Ebay do for me and protect it's customers?
