COIT Carpet Cleaners

I am very dissappointed with the customer service of COIT cleaning services headquartered in 865 Hinckley Road, Burlingame, CA 94010.

I needed the carpets in my house cleaned. A COIT sales estimator came out and provided an estimate; he made an effort to match the rate I had gotten from a competitor of theirs. I repeatedly asked whether they would clean the entire house for the price he was quoting and he assured me that they will.

Come the day of the cleaning, two different cleaners show up. They refuse to clean because as per them the quote is incorrect!!! They will clean only if I pay them an additional amount. I call their office for the sales estimator and I am told he will call back. The cleaners however refuse to wait for the call and walk off.

I call back their office and they tell me they cannot ask their cleaners to come back and I will need to reschedule if I still need COIT to do my cleaning. I ask to speak to a manager and I am told the manager will call me since he is busy and again nobody calls back.

So, here I am taking time off from work to keep this appointment and COIT just blows me away.
