Harr on Gold Star, Worcester, MA My wife and I stopped to see if we could look at a Scion and/or a Toyota Corolla. Granted, it was a spontaneous idea and we weren't exactly prepared, but when we got out of the car and walked toward the door of the showroom, a salesman emerged to head us off. He asked what he could do to help us, and so we asked about seeing a Scion. He said he'd sold the last one of the type we were interested in that day. Did they have a Corolla then? They had them, but he was clearly uninterested in giving us any information about them or showing us one. He wouldn't let us into the showroom, and he even POINTED US TOWARD A HONDA. I don't know if he wouldn't let us in because we were both women, because we were clearly a couple, or because we weren't dressed to the nines, but for SOME reason, he really didn't want to sell us a car. I guess they don't want to sell ANYONE a car! I advise everyone to avoid Harr on Gold Star, since they're not interested in actually selling any vehicles. And I've been to look at Hondas. And guess what? So far, the salespeople have been interested in trying to sell me one. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo! Now Harr has our phone # & email address. First came a quick email response that they do not have the car we want. We thought that it was the end of that. Little did we know the nightmare that was to follow. We get calls at all times of day and night from the Harr people who refuse to take NO for an answer, are extremely rude & unprofessional and keep bouncing our name and phone # to different salespeople who then call us. We have told each one of these to never call back or email us; we won't do business with them even if they were the only game in town; but to no avail. We were Googling Harr to find the company owner info, when we were surprised (or shall we say pleased, because, it appears we are not alone with bad experience with Harr)to see your blog. For whatever it is worth we are getting ready to serve notice upon them that they must leave us alone - all of our phone #s are on state and national DO NOT CALL list. Of course, unsolicited email comes under anti-spam laws. We are not good at these things: We wonder if you can find the owner's name and contact info at the Harr Group, so that we may get in direct touch with him/her?
