pogo club membership problems

I joined Pogo 2 weeks ago signed up as bowler24p with password of showjumper and played the games as a member until yesterday Then it started asking for my password and when I put in it said it was wrong so I changed the password to redsetter then when I went on to play the games I was getting the screen for non members I got on to pogo help and they said that I was a member and my password was redsetter im having problems getting on and when I do I get the screen for non members

please can you help I would rejoin but my credit card has been credited with the amount

for the year

Please can you help with this I want to be a member of pogo I also built up a lot of points with my passwortd as showjumper do I lose them all when my password is changed
