On June 23, 06, I paid Precision Quality Services $500.00 because I was told by their representative that no work would be done on the refrigeration unit at my sons house without the above referenced $500.00 payment. The cost of necessary repairs was not given to me at this time because the repairman did not have any idea of the problem...his 'guestimates' ranged from $1000.00 ("minimum") to "in excess" of $4000.00 (the cost of a new unit).

The following day,after a different repairman unexpectedly arrived and no work was done, a second a/c company was contacted. I accepted their proposal and asked Precision Quality Services to return the funds I paid to them less the service charges incurred.

To date I have received one (1) check in the amount of $233.10. Precision advertises the charge for a service call to be $39.95 and there were two(2) calls made.

I am still owed $186.90 by Precision Quality Services and am not able to communicate with Mr. Leiter as my calls are not taken. My recent calls to Mr. Leiter remain unreturned and I believe this to represent his position in re. to my refund.
