Need to be credited

AOL,

Several months ago we purchased a computer with a free trial download of AOL. We used this for a couple of months then developed a problem with the AOL trial. After calling tech support we were advised by the consultant to go to Wal-Mart and purchase another free trial and download that. Which we did. We were told that was all we needed to do.

Now, we are being billed for that original account (screen name teamthomas116) on our credit card. This is not right. When I called to speak to a consultant today, they told me they couldn't do anything about it because we had not actually closed the account and didn't have a confirmation #. As I said above we did what we were told by the consultant.

Please look into this. Our credit card needs to be credited for any charges that relate to the teamthomas116 account because when we stopped the account our trial was not over.

I hope this matter can be resolved soon. We are becoming very disenchanted with AOL.
