Last year we have purchased hp pavilion pc model T760i. Cost of the computer at that time was 65,000Rs. The same configuration computer assembled is available for 30,000Rs. Even then i have purchased branded hp make, since i believe that there will be no problems in hp make.
Problems faced within one year of warranty period. 1) Remote was replaced two times. 2) Woofer was replaced once. 3) Recently Hard Disk was replaced (Copmlaint no- CA0174097 dated 13/10/05 , attended on 18/10/05). 4) CPU hard ware problem as per your service engineer (Complaint no-CA0179358 dated 27/10/05) is pending.
I have lost my valuable data, who is responsible for this?
Now i am requesting please replace complete instrument itself with new piece. Next month the warranty period will be over.
I am not satisfied with your hp make computer, please reply immediately.
