sbc yahoo dsl technical support

Residential setup thru SBC YAHOO DSL internet services.

Complaint:

Zero satisfaction from technical support.

Problem:

Yahoo mail email messages can not be deleted….

Can not get into MSN Messenger or Yahoo Messenger….

“This page can not be displayed” is the results.

I’ve talked with four so call technicians from

India and found all unsatisfactory….

Took computer to repair shop and the repairmen

Was able to “delete” emails and get into MSN

Messenger or Yahoo Messenger. ..not the computer

It is SBC Yahoo DSL Services……

Question: Can you give me a telephone number of

Support in the United States?....at one point the

Technician actually tried to brush me off saying that

“it appears that you have fixed the problem congratulations

and if I can be of more service please do not hesitate

to call…..”

My stepson, is talking to Yahoo ID lil_sexy_bitch20102 who I feel is not 14 fm, but an older person, a male. The language is getting very explicit for me and my wife and I wish that this ID be BLOCKED from Yahoo ID blackwolf_wordlife.
