SPIN Magazine Publisher referred my 13 year old for collections

National Credit Audit Corporation/ SPIN Magazine

My child recieved a collection notice from NACA demanding payment for a magazine subscription I knew nothing about.

She is a minor, is this legal? How and who does this affect ?

I have purchased magazines for her before, but I do not want to pay . The magazines were not recieved . I think this is poor business tactics.
