Bought NCOA (National Cellular Owners Association) insurance for my

Palm/Handspring Treo 600.

The touchscreen on the phone broke when it hit the corner of a chair

while in my jacket pocket.

I sent my phone to a third party for repair service and have not

received it or a replacement phone back.

I have included the email correspondence that I have had with this

company. As anyone can see, I have given them more than enough time to

resolve this claim and they don't seem to have any trouble with the

validity of the claim. I have allowed them so much time that the Treo

600 is no longer made by Palm, and has been succeeded by two newer

models now.

It has now been over a year since the claim was filed that now they will

not respond to my repeated emails, and I haven't figured out a way to

get through past their phone system.

If anyone has had any luck getting a claim resolved with this company,

please let me know how you did it.

It has been over a month since the last status update on my claim and

about 10 months since this claim was sent in. What is going on? The Treo

600 is no longer being manufactured so if your supplier is waiting for

more to be made then they are going to be waiting a long time. The Palm

Treo 650 is the successor to the Treo 600.

Please send a claim status update and contact phone number.

I don't believe that the Treo 600 is available any longer. The Treo 650

is the new model that replaces it.
