D-link IP camera's / D-Link customer support I purchased three DCS900, one DCS950 and one DCS2000. After spending hours on the phone with several technicians, of the five cameras, only one DCS900 works.
There was a 20-40 minute wait for someone to answer each time I called. The first level support are not well trained. They don't understand basic IP, one guy, I even had to teach him. The calls went like this: I would answer one of their questions, they would but me on hold for 2-3 minutes, ask another question, I would answer and again on hold, this continues for about 20 minutes and then they say they will have a senior tech call in 24-48 hours, one guy promised 2 hours, that was five days ago, still no call. We have been dealing with the customer "service" from d-link, for over a week already and nobody seems to be able to help... I am on the phone again right now, on hold, waiting for a senior tech to help me for the umpteenth time! Let's hope we are successful!
