Scher Bros Landscaping in Morris County - they wanted prepayment for lawn cuts. I paid them $486 in advance. When they did not show for a month and made no attempt at contacting us to see what the problem was, I requested a refund. After multiple attempts and months of no return phone calls, I finally made contact with Dave Scher and was told that he only pays those canceling contracts (there was NO signed contract - just a good faith payment for their estimate) at the year end. I still have not received my money.
