regarding new airtel connection problem

we have been offered a new connection from your celebration scheme from your outlet in faridabad named M/s. Mobitel Ph. no. 0129-4104642,4103642,412642 we have given the cheque amounted Rs. 900.00 dated: 27-12-2005 Ch. no. 808959 which has been cleared but my connection has not been started i want u to take a specific action against my complaint
