My Complaint:

The Delta Airline Skymiles Program is an absolute phoney scheme to get people to fly Delta. I have used my Delta Sky miles to fly on previous occasions but Delta makes the trip a terrible experience with long layovers and difficult schedules, even when better flights are available. Recently I tried to book my wife and I a flight nine months in advance. I checked the flights we wanted, the days we wanted to fly. They would not allow me to book the flights on the days I requested, even though I know for certain that there were lots of availble seats on the flights I requested. They make it so miserable for you to fly their Frequent Flyer program that you just give up and pay for a decent flight. I will do whatever I can in the future to not fly Delta and to discourage others to fly other airlines. NO WONDER THEY ARE IN BANKRUPTCY COURT. SERVES THEM RIGHT.
