complaint against new connection for the airtel

i have been using your airtel connection since last 10 yrs. my no. is 9810139349 under the name of M/S RITESH GRAPHICS

i have been offered a new connection from your celebration scheme with a new no. in 99 series from your outlet in faridabad named M/s. Mobitel Ph. no. 0129-4104642,4103642,412642 we have given the cheque amounted Rs. 900.00 dated: 27-12-2005 Ch. no. 808959 which has been cleared but my connection has not been started i want u to take a specific action against my complaint
