BMG music

BMG music I used to be a member of Columbia House and when BMG took over I was automatically enrolled. I was irritated at having to use my own envelopes and addressing them instead of being sent a card to stamp and mail. I was offended that E-mails were being sent to me after I unsubscribed. There is no phone number to call. I was sent a CD that I did not order and by sliding the statement around in the box, saw that I would be billed for over $21.00! I sent it back. I continued to get E-mails asking for my personal information to confirm their records. During those 6 to 8 weeks I sent at least 20 E-mails, received two more order forms and one more CD. I began to send E-mails telling "them" to knock this s_it off, that I was sick and tired of this c__p and to stop this BS or I would have my attorney contact them. Just before Christmas, there was a flyer from Stuart Goldfarb, CEO and President, enclosed in the mailing. FOOL! I immediately wrote a letter to Stuart, C/O customer complaints/customer service/membership cancellation, expressing my anger and frustration. Earlier this week I got a letter stating that my information has been removed from the database. 3 months. Oh, it said to be aware that it will take up to 6 weeks for the changes to take effect.
