BILL JONES POOL CONSTRUCTION & SERVICES

To whom it may concern:

We would appreciate you contacting us with any and all complients that you have rec'd against the above subject matter.

We gave Mr. Jones $1550 on account to get started on fixing our pool which included the purchase and installation of the new liner. The balance due upon completion of fixing the pool and installing the liner was $1000.00.

Since our pool collapsed before he got started on the pool or installed the liner we asked him for a invoice showing the amount that he paid for the liner and the actual date he received the liner. Mr. Jones flately refused to give us this data.

I would appreciate any information that you might be able to supply us with.

P.S. Mr. Jones only has a P.O. Box number so we are unable to serve him with a subpeona to appear in small claims court. If you can obtain an address for Mr. Jones and foward it to us it would be greatly appreciated.
