AEG refridgerator and AEG dishwasher

Just out of guarantee, we have had to spend a lot of money on replacing

parts on the above appliances. We had not taken out insurance because we

were led to understand that these more expensive items would be more

reliable.

I have twice written to AEG and asked for their comments. (Three months

ago). So far they have not had the courtesy to respond or even acknowl edge

receipt of my letters. Would never, ever, contemplate buying another

appliance from AEG and would advise any other prospective purchaser to avoid

AEG. Customer Care? WHAT a joke. Customer? Don't care!
