2002 Fleetwood Caribou truck camper

I purchased a new 2002 Fleetwood 11J Caribou truck camper in 2003. Nothing but problems-cabinet doors fell off, electrical shorted out, etc. In 2004 the lower front corner of the camper collapsed , the front pulled loose and the inside cabinet below the refrigerator broke apart. Because of a bad experience at the Fleetwood dealer in Modesto, I chose Pan Pacific RV in French Camp to do the repair. In less than six months the camper box collapsed again the same as before. Pan Pacific does not warranty their work once you leave the shop (tail lite warranty). Fleetwood will not honor their warranty because the repair was done at a non-Fleetwood dealer and they were not notified within the warranty period.

This product was defective from the date of manufacture and Fleetwood should own up to their responsibility. Furthermore, I would be leery of the quality of work done by Pan Pacific RV, French Camp. They obviously have very little pride or confidence in the quality of their work.

Has anyone else had problems with their Fleetwood Camper ? Any suggestions?
