Hi,

I ordered RC cars from this company just befor Christmas for my kids as Christmas gifts. The one radio controlled car's speedcontrol/receiver unit (one on the car itself) was faulty. When we connected the battery to the car (battery supplied by the above business) it smelt as if something was burning (electrical burning smell) and disconnected the battery. We waited a fes minutes and then re-connected the battery. No funny smells, and the "Monster Truck" worked, except for the fact that it die not "reverse", and thus you could not brake the car! When the battery was flat, we re-charged it, and when we connected it again, we again got the "electrical burning smell", disconnected the battery again! After a few minutes we re-connected the battery again, but this time we got NO responce from the rc car/Monster Truck. This was Christmas day. The following day I tried phoning the Company, but to no avail. I ried on the 27 again, but to no avail I have sent them 6 or 7 e-mails, faxe to 2 different no. they supply on 4 occasions, left 5 messages on their "voice mail"! You cannot get some-one to answere the phone, just a message that they are very busy and you must leave a message and they WILL get back to you, which is a LIE, because they DON'T! Could you assist me please as I woul ONLY like them to send me a NEW "receiver/speedcontrol unit"! We don't request a NEW "Monster Truck", only a new unit!

ps. By the way, I ordered 2 rc cars from this company, a 4x4 "Buggy" and the Truck.
