FedEx - Wrong address

My son recently ordered a guitar and amp. FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. Our house number is 5 and they delivered it to 2. All they had to do was look on the mailbox to make sure they had the right house. Before we realized where it was delivered, my wife called FedEx to find out where it was delivered. They rude lady acted like she really didn't care and it wasn't their fault. Meanwhile it is sitting across the street in the sleet and rain.
