Integretel

In reviewing my last phone bill from Quest, there was a separate page from a

company called Integretel (integretel.com 1-800-736-7500). The charges from

Integretel were $43.56 for two collect calls I made from a pay phone to my

home phone. Each call was listed at 2 minutes for $21.78. I did make those

calls and they were for less than two minutes but had no idea that they

would charge me over more than $2 per minute. What kind of company charges

$21.78 for a two minute collect call! There was no warning on any level

that it would be such an outrageous price. My advice to all of you is if

you see that service is provided by Integretel, is do not use that phone.

These are in my opinion unscrupulous business people looking to make money

on the unsuspecting public.
