Complaint about KFC on North Central Avenue in Phoenix Arizona

First, why is there no email address for KFC consumers? Grandpa picked up chicken at the KFC on North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona about 1:00 p.m. today, January 5, 2006. It was bought for my grandsons so they could have popcorn chicken for an after school snack and chicken for dinner. Neither of them ate their popcorn chicken and when I looked at the breasts and legs we were were to have for dinner, I found out why they wouldn't eat it. The part of a breast I ate (hadn't eaten all day) had a disgusting, overcooked skin (crispy chicken) and the meat was dry and uninviting.

This is the only KFC close to us and we have had numerous problems and have been double checking the order when we go. Unfortunately grandpa forgot to check for some reason. We have had wrong orders so often we started checking the order ourselves, after the clerk has assured us it is correct. A couple of the clerks there have been very rude when we check the order before we leave.

This is unacceptable and a bad mark on KFC. Believe me I am not the only one to complain--have seen countless people complain when I have been there. Some of the clerks require a translater and all are undertrained both in taking and doing orders and in how to treat customers.

I have tried to call the manager at this store but it rings and rings and no one bothers to answer. When I went to the Internet to see if there was another number, all I got was listed KFCs in the area with no phone number and stating "address unavailable." What's with that?

Please respond so that I at least know you received my message and are taking care of the problem. Unfortunately we can't stop buying KFC because my grandsons love it, as well as the mac and cheese you have.
