Delta Airlines

Delta Airlines needs to be investigated regarding their frequent flyer program. I would like to wager a bet that none of you can get a flight to any place on any date without paying the higher (SkyChoice) amount of miles. You may find one leg on a Delta Connection for the SkySaver amount that is a short leg but that is all you will find.

A group of six of us put it to a test. We all took different parts of the world and used different travel dates ranging from Feb 2006 thru August 2006. We could not find one seat!!!!

Is this a way for Delta to get people to use up their miles or because they don't have enough miles, is Delta hoping that they will forget about it all together??????

It is so easy to book frequent flyer trips on all the other airlines, it makes me wonder if Delta is conducting business on the 'up and up'.

I agree!!My husband and I(retired,frequent world travellers) both have Delta frequent flyer points that have been impossible to use because of their unconscionable practices.

Hence,as these points become "scrapped" by the new shorter eligibility period in Jan. 2008,they can stick them you know where and lose us and any friends who wish to have our advice about travel FOR EVER!
