AP9*GALLERIAUSA charged me without my authorization

Dear Sir,

I AM BEING CHARGED 14.95 PER MONTH BY AP9*GALLERIAUSA FOR A SERVICE I DID NOT ORDER AND DO NOT USE. WHAT IS THIS? ... How could I refund my money and complain them? They chagred me two times 11-01-2005 and 12-03-2006.
