I have several accounts with Standard Bank, Kroonstad branch, South Africa.

Personal, business, trust and other accounts. I've always had facilities

with the interest rate the same as prime rate. Rude was my shock we doing a

reconciliation I noticed that the bank has been charging me a rate 2,5%

above prime. This change was not negotiated nor was I informed of such

change. If I did sign any documentation stipulating such change I was

definitely not fully informed. Standard Bank clients please check that you

are charged the rates you think you are charged.
